We run over 30 Team Strength sessions per week. Each session lasts 45 minutes and is designed for maximum results. Our programming provides you with a full body strength workout every time and mixes up the principles of strength training; Strength, Endurance and Conditioning. Not us.. The growth of High Intensity Interval Training has been phenomenal over the past 5 years in Australia. LiFT is not HIIT. HIIT training can drive exceptional results but we wanted to be different. LiFT is the sustainable way of training that specifically targets your body composition. The format is based on results. LiFT increases lean mass period.
People train for a variety of reasons. 63% of Australians are clinically obese* (Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development). People need to exercise more and traditional methods struggle to yield the results and have been shown in some studies to not be sustainable on the body.
