Chad

Chad is an award winning Personal Trainer from the Sunny Coast.  A local legend that lives and breathes fitness.

Outside the gym, Chad kills it in the Stand Up Paddle (SUP) scene with multiple podium finishes.  He puts his success down to consistent training and relentless focus on winning!

Chad is a LiFT Strength and Conditioning Coach and also offers one on one coaching at LiFT.

Fiona

Fiona is our Irish pocket rocket and the co-founder of LiFT! An Exercise Physiologist from Ireland, Fi has been working in the Australian Fitness Industry for the last 8 years.  An award winning Personal Trainer, Fi has been helping people smash goals with her own PT business for over 5 years.

Fi is a LiFT Strength and Conditioning Coach and has an amazing energy in her session delivery.  Fiona uses her science background to create all of the LiFT programming ensuring that you get maximum results.

James is a LiFT Strength and Conditioning Coach and co-founder of LiFT.  His passion has always been in helping others achieve more and he has spent the majority of his career in the fitness industry.

Tahnee

Tahnee is a LiFT Strength and Conditioning Coach with a background in dance and performance.  She loves the functional side of fitness and helping people live strong and healthy lives.

In addition to being an awesome strength coach, Tahnee teaches Mat Pilates at LiFT.  You’ll also find her around the coast teaching group exercise in other studios.

Tahnee will be offering one on one coaching in the near future so keep your eyes peeled.
