The LiFT LEVEL UP Challenge Series is focused on 3 X 8 week challenges throughout the year. Each one focuses on a unique component of fitness.
Series 1 = STRENGTH
Series 2 = ENDURANCE
Series 3 = CONDITIONING
The Level Up Series is designed to be you versus you and focuses on progress not perfection. In addition to our expert designed workouts, our studios work with local health and wellness professionals to give you all that you need to get
the results that you want.

Everyone has their own reasons. The Level Up Series primarily supports sustainable strength gain and fat loss. However for many it is simply the starting point of creating positive changes in their lifestyle.
