💤Mid Week Recovery Day💤

Rest.. A pretty important part of your fitness routine. Many take Wednesday as a rest day and come back firing on Thursday.

We had the pleasure of spending some time at The Recovery Room this week. Wow! What a place. Dr Peter Fowler has created the perfect space to recover and repair. We experienced compression boots, massage guns, infra red sauna as well as hot and cold spa treatments.. We left feeling amazing.

'People don't necessarily overtrain, they under-recover' said Dr Peter. So... listen to your body. If you're feeling excessive fatigue, poor sleep, chronic injuries or decreased performance you may be under recovering.. Don't wait for the symptoms to show.. Recovery should be considered as a preventative and part of your workout routine.
