LIFT42DAYS challenge
The LiFT42DAYS Summer Edition is not your normal fitness challenge. The focus of the challenge is to create and instil new behaviours to promote long term sustainable change. The challenge is measured in percentage change in participants. All data is recorded and measured at the beginning and again at the end.
This challenge is a hybrid of strength and conditioning and is designed to increase lean muscle mass while shedding body fat.
Through testing we have found that 42 days is an optimal timeframe for people to be able to commit consistently as well as the optimal timeframe for feeling and seeing results. 42 days is really focused on the beginnings of behavioural change for long term sustainable results.

LiFT sessions are scientifically designed to give you maximum results in the shortest time. Our
perfect balance of Strength, Endurance and Conditioning sessions mean you’ll burn calories all day long, have more energy and focus, and feel strong.
Small groups
Groups are kept small and coached by our expert team. Keeping sessions small means you get the personal attention
you need when training.
Done in 45
45 minutes of training is an optimal time to create great results. LiFT sessions create high EPOC (exercise post oxygen consumption) which means you get a huge calorie burn post training.
