LiFT is a small group strength training community that specialises in creating strong bodies through resistance training. With a maximum of 16 participants per session, our expert coaches ensure you get a private and personalised experience every time. No cardio. No impact. Just strength.
Our Sessions

Strength, Endurance and Conditioning
LiFT sessions are scientifically designed to give you maximum results in the shortest time. Our
perfect balance of Strength, Endurance and Conditioning Sessions mean you’ll burn calories all day long, have more energy and focus, and feel strong.

Small groups
Groups are capped at 16 and coached. Keeping sessions small means you get the attention
you need when training.

Done in 45
45 minutes of training is an optimal time to create great results. LiFT sessions create high EPOC (exercise post oxygen consumption) which means you get a huge calorie burn post training.
