Simple, structured sessions to help you get stronger, fitter and feel better.

Monday — Strength

Build strength using simple movements like squats, presses and lifting techniques.

Tuesday — Endurance

Improve your fitness and stamina with lighter weights and higher repetitions.

Wednesday — Conditioning

Short, effective workouts designed to improve energy, fitness and overall performance.

Thursday — Strength

Focus on building muscle and improving technique with guided coaching.

Friday — Mixed Training

A combination of strength and conditioning to keep training engaging and effective.

Saturday — Full Body Training

A balanced session combining strength and conditioning to keep you active and progressing.

Mat Pilates — Monday, Wednesday & Saturday

Improve flexibility, core strength and posture with guided mat-based exercises suitable for all levels.

Do I Need Experience?

Not at all. Most LiFT members start as beginners. Our coaches guide you through every session, so you always know what to do.

You can go at your own pace and progress safely.
